how do or can I link processing to web?

From looking at http://balldroppings.com/js/ there are a mix of Javascripting within the Page Source. I do’t know anything about the programming side of the computer. This is my 1st go and let see how it all go, my aim to this is to visualise my equection of the lines I have been drawing.
